Returns & Exchanges

At Knack Bags, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unused condition. Whether you need a different size or a different style, our process is designed to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unused Knack Bag in its original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
